Surprising it actually contains drugs that are prescription-only in most countries. As in, I'm surprised the product actually works as advertised, and isn't just some bullshit "aphrodisiac" supplement or something like that.
I'm also wondering how much they charged for it, because sildenafil isn't cheap, at least not in my experience. I suppose they might have gotten their hands on some expired lot?
Viagra is cheap on the black market.
So is Tadalafil (aka Cialis), which is way superior. Not many reasons to still take Sildenafil (aka Viagra) nowadays
Same as most gas station boner pills. It's cheaper and easier to just compound the real stuff than it is to come up with something else. When they get caught they "change the formula" and put it right back on the market.
