When I saw people going to the first one I thought it was some kind of MAGA rally. Exclusively white people over age 40, half of them dressed in American flag shit. They held it the same day as the city's sustainability festival so it drew a lot of attention and resources away from that to... announce the date of the next No Kings protest? #resist 2.0 is somehow even dumber than the first iteration.
They did the same with the Palestine protests in DC.
