IMO, it's polite to just put source when you post it, instead of some random having to ask
You're right. Every time I try to get into the habit of sharing the source, I eventually start to forget about it after a few months. Unless I suspect it might be AI, I don't investigate. Artists putting their watermark half the time also lulls me into a false sense of security where I don't feel the need to link the source because it's easy to find.
Anyhow, I guess it's time to restart the cycle 😞
