I keep waking up in the middle of the night and now I am also getting headaches during the day. Might talk to the Dr about sleep apnea.

Iโm feeling like shit. Iโve been working for years to improve my physical health but wish I hadnโt bothered. Wishing I could go back to when things were really dicey and just let it go, peacefully pass away at the same time as my cat.
