Don't get your hopes up too high. I've heard this is relatively easy to patch.

Part of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Apparently used in the Xiaomi 17 series, OnePlus 15, Galaxy S26 Ultra, Redmi K90 Pro Max, and POCO F8 Ultra.

If you have one of those or similar, check XDA to see if anyone has written up a guide for your device. Or try it yourself. It has already been fixed by Qualcomm, but it will take time for the brands to pull the fix, so don't update.

So I've opened the bootloader, now what? What android fork can I install on phone that is not supported by anyone?

You'll have to write one yourself, then.
