Thom Tillis, who called for the resignation or firing of DHS secretary Kristi Noem, says White House adviser ‘should go’

Republican Senator Thom Tillis said on Sunday he believes White House adviser Stephen Miller “should go” and that his role in the Trump administration has been a “big problem”.

The senior senator representing North Carolina, when asked on CNN’s State of the Union if he thinks Miller should go, during a conversation about the administration’s immigration crackdown, responded to host Jake Tapper stating “Oh, of course I do.”

“He is not worried about substance. He’s more worried about form, but I also think that he has an outsized influence over the operations of the cabinet. And I believe we’ve got qualified cabinet members there that sometimes are doing less than what they want to, because of his direction and his outsized influence. He’s a big problem in this administration. He has been from the beginning,” said Tillis.

PeeWee Himmler is Trump's closest advisor, and he's behind the worst ideas coming out of MAGA, yet most Americans have never heard of him.

He is one of the most repellent humans on the planet, and to know him is to immediately be disgusted by him. If the Dems were smart, which they are not, they would make him front and center in the Midterm Campaign. Trump's support is cemented and solid, but PeeWee Himmler is ripe for attack. Even MAGAs will be repulsed by him.

Make Peewee Himmler the face and heart of MAGA, and voters will crush them.

I'll never forget during the first year or so of Trump's first presidency there was a document leak. It was the child separation powers for the border patrol and it had Stephen Miller's annotations on it. You can go see where he notes that the US should use child separation to punish immigrants. True evil brought to you by the "we care about the children" crowd.

Yeah, he's a problem for the whole country and the world, as well.

[–] sturmblast@lemmy.world 16 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Gee you think having a Nazi in your cabinet is a problem?

[–] tigeruppercut@lemmy.zip 3 points 3 days ago

Yeah, I'm not seeing how the presence or absence of one fascist in a fascist admin makes a difference.

He looks like a slightly younger, depressed and bloated, Vladamir Putin.

[–] dhork@lemmy.world 7 points 3 days ago (1 children)

He looks like a slightly older, depressed and bloated, Caillou....

[–] prole@lemmy.blahaj.zone 5 points 3 days ago

This, and I can't believe that I'm saying this, is an insult to Caillou

[–] BassTurd@lemmy.world 30 points 4 days ago (1 children)

This is the real ghoul pulling the strings. He's not the Whitehouse's problem, he's their solution. A final solution one might say.

It's just clown on clown violence. Different factions within TrumpWorld undermining one another.

If you think David Navarro and Scott Bessent aren't getting their own licks in, you haven't been paying attention.

Trump's cabinet is Oops! All Scheming Vizers! Miller is just one of many and they generally all hate each other.

Just like Hitler’s inner circle.

[–] buddascrayon@lemmy.world 9 points 3 days ago

"Mengele a big problem for Hitler" says Goebbels.

[–] theblurstoftimes@leminal.space 14 points 3 days ago

Start calling him president Miller and maybe it’ll drive trumpy crazy enough to fire him

[–] ugandan_airways@lemmy.zip 15 points 4 days ago (1 children)

What are the chances of this line of thinking catching on with the other republican fuck nuts? I’d normally say zero, but with Noem getting “transferred” and Tillis and Kennedy humiliating her with their questions (she may not feel the humiliation but she should), I’ll give it a 1% chance.

[–] hammertime@lemmy.org 4 points 4 days ago (1 children)

About the same percent as them realizing they’re the baddies and stopping.

[–] OwOarchist@pawb.social 2 points 3 days ago

So you're telling me there's a chance...

[–] W3dd1e@lemmy.zip 11 points 3 days ago (1 children)

God, I want to punch Stephen Miller in the face so bad.

[–] PunnyName@lemmy.world 7 points 3 days ago* (last edited 3 days ago) (1 children)

The only good Nazi is a dead Nazi.
Punching is also acceptable if the prior condition cannot be met.

[–] bitjunkie@lemmy.world 4 points 3 days ago (1 children)

It can be both.

  1. Punch until stops moving.
  2. Punch some more because we have to be sure.
[–] D_C@sh.itjust.works 3 points 3 days ago

1 Buy knuckledusters.
2 Start punching him at his toes first and move up.

At some point he'll stop moving.

[–] santa@sh.itjust.works 8 points 3 days ago

He’s a human race problem.

It’s bad that he is in the admin — and should go. If he wasn’t, though, he is still a problem.

[–] Triumph@fedia.io 6 points 3 days ago

Has anyone been arrested and held in custody pending trial? Then their plan is still working to their ends.

Who's the Julia Louis Dreyfuss lookalike?

[–] Thteven@lemmy.world 2 points 3 days ago (1 children)

That's Elaine Benes, she needs to go just because of her dancing skills.

[–] AngryCommieKender@lemmy.world 1 points 3 days ago* (last edited 3 days ago)

Lol, I almost corrected it to Elaine from Seinfeld lookalike. I should have.

Thanks

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 6 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Hes an idiot that who should never be given any power in the first place.

[–] Etterra@discuss.online 8 points 3 days ago

He's also a bone chilling psychopath.

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 3 points 3 days ago

He is in power because millions of Americans believe in his racial policies. Miller is not some kind of mind control expert, he is a symptom of the American white trash problem.

Germany in the 30s was not 4 guys, it's was millions of enthusiastic Germans.
