Even on a day at home.

Its the light, the noises outside and the possibility that others may ring your doorbell/call you.

I do enjoy a sunny day but the only time i can rest is in darkness.

This is part of why I like winter, it's dark all the time so I get to go outside in a chill environment and when I come home it's dark and chill again so I can relax
