Right is Harry S Truman (an anticommunist war criminal who authorized use of the nuclear bombing of civilian targets; worked to draft striking rail workers into the army and other union busting; kicked off much of the military industrial complex by forming the (now) DoD; formed the NATO/UN; formed the CIA/NSA; led the US in recognition of Israel as a state; led the US into illegally invading Korea; facilitated McCarthyism); etc) and on the left is Thomas E Dewey (NY lawyer, governor; lover of state murder; defunder of child care programs; anticommunist; union buster; Zionist; running mate of strom thurmond; premature celebrator). Famously the Chicago Tribune ran an incorrect headline that Dewey had won the presidential election (he didn’t).
