Atreus is way too young.
Nah, I hate to dispel the illusion, but that’s not actually Atreus that’s an actor. And, as a young, real human being, he’s obliged to age rapidly over a relatively short period of time. I think they’re hoping there will be another season
The kid looks 8, you think they are going for years of development? And in case you didn't know, God of war was motion captured and Atreus was modeled after a real human being, condescending jackass.
If he was 8, his growing up between seasons would be even more staggering. Cheer up, bud.
From what I understand, the show is supposed to take place before the events of the first game.
Before the first game Kratos wouldn't take Atreyus hunting.
Lighting looks off, too. Like the characters are photoshopped in badly, making him look like a corpse.
Lmao! Classic David Jaffe. Who, also worth noting, created the Twisted Metal series and Sweet Tooth in particular. This is the kind of observation I expect.
This looks so fucking horrible and I'm sorry but Hurst looks like a fucking dork and looks nothing like Kratos. They could have at least given him a prosthetic nose.

The image looks like it's a heavily touched up AI image, can only be why the whole thing looks 'eh' with various details that just feel 'off'.
The kid being too young, kratos having an incorrect or silly ambiguous expression, the posing and leaning of kratos in general.
It's like someone tried to describe a scene to someone that doesn't understand anatomy or human movement or balance.
Bears shit in woods. Comparing Kratos with a bear, which would you rather meet in the woods, as a woman?
Keep in mind that "bear" is also used to describe a big, hairy, cuddly gay man. So Kratos depicted as single gay dad confirmed.
