Okay, this fucking rules.
Imagetoolbox has an image quality slider which I set to the lowest. I spammed some noisy filters before that and saved to jpeg2000 -> mozjpeg -> jpeg ->jpg. The process was mostly vibes based. They recently added an image to ascii art feature but I don't know how to post it here without it becoming a jumbled mess
