Life hurts, and sometimes all you can do is move forward.
The artist (Gambargin) has a lot of personal struggles and posts things like this that are a mix between sad and motivational.
You have to keep going, in the end.
The weird ass outfit of the guy on his butt made me think that this is some kind of reference to some show or IP. otherwise it doesn't make any sense why he looks like that.
He's a Cuman with a mask; Gambargin draws a lot of medieval art and the "Smiling Cuman" shows up as a regular.
