Puzzle With A Piece Missing came on PBS this morning on the drive to work. I looked it up and Gotye's Like Drawing Blood isn't on Youtube Music as an album. The songs are there but not together. This is just one of the many problems with streaming

I've never had quinoa so I bought some today. If anyone has any tips I would most appreciate it.

Rarely we buy quinoa, but we use it instead of rice sometimes. Usually paired with a curry or stir fry, but partner sometimes decides to make a Franken-meal and just throw stuff together; quinoa is good for adding texture to those meals, along with roasted sesame seeds.

Just don't order it at a fancy cafe for the first time and call it Key-no-ah

It’s ok. I’ve cooked it a few times but not enthused enough to use it regularly. The little tails that curl out when it cooks are interesting, a nice look for salads. It appears in a lot of β€˜health’ recipes because it’s got more protein than rice. I usually prefer rice, cous cous or mashed potato if I’m looking for a side to soak up a sauce.

I'm hoping to up my protein cos I'm getting to the age that every little bit helps.

It's like a nutty couscous. Try this recipe

I'm not a huge fan of quinoa, but when prepped correctly is quite nice.

I'm getting an "Error".

I looked it up anyway and it looks incredible. I'm gonna do this. Thank you.
