It’s ok. I’ve cooked it a few times but not enthused enough to use it regularly. The little tails that curl out when it cooks are interesting, a nice look for salads. It appears in a lot of ‘health’ recipes because it’s got more protein than rice. I usually prefer rice, cous cous or mashed potato if I’m looking for a side to soak up a sauce.
I'm hoping to up my protein cos I'm getting to the age that every little bit helps.
