Remember, the inverse of jury nullification, if you are on the jury of an ICE agent's trial, you are absolutely certain they are guilty. No matter how many holes there are in any testimony.

and to even make it onto a jury, you must look and act like you belong in a Hallmark movie, or you will be tossed.

when asked, you must indicate that you have no preconceived notions about how law enforcement conducts themselves and would consider their testimony reasonable and truthful.

jury panels are basically the only and last redoubt for democracy to appear in a courtroom, so they have gamed the fuck out of it to make sure the only people to make it onto a jury seem to be the sort of automatons that think the judges' instructions and laws are sacrosanct.
