"New Hampshire" "Republicans" Tautology.

I'm reminded every day how much of an armpit NH really is.

Theocracy is theocracy. Which is not good or terribly useful or even stable as a system. But it is not fascism.

It's fair to say that not all theocratic systems are fascist, but they're also not mutually exclusive. A particular theocratic system can also be fascist in nature.

Some common points:

  • Appeal to tradition
  • Rejection of modernism
  • Anti-intellectualism
  • Absolute factual authority of leaders
  • Obsession with outgroups as enemies, such as sinners and atheists and believers of other faiths
  • Special jargon to control the masses
  • Subordination of people to a greater cause
  • Jingoist militarism (ironic for a lot of "peaceful" religions)

That's a fair assessment I'd say.

These misinformed peoples think that only they can make the necessary decisions to save us all. I don't want to be saved, I want reasonable prices groceries and a decent wage. It should be a crime to call what these people do "Christianity"

Live free or die for Christ

Not only would this change the state constitution to favor Christianity, the language specifically calls out evangelicals. So most Catholics and Episcopalians would also be in trouble.
