Apparently it's supposed to represent Gluttony. Obviously that's a turnspit rather than a lance, and I think he's using a fish serving platter as his shield. Why ride a cat? Maybe because they're known to steal food off the table instead of begging for it like an obsequious dog

What the hell, I didn't even see the weird dog-cat hybrid he's riding at first. I was thrown off by the squirrel and fish accessories.
