MODERATORS

The Epstein emails did not merely reveal the depravity of one man; they pulled back the curtain on an entire elite culture trained to dismiss human suffering while profiting from it. What emerges is not an aberration but a pattern—an insulated ruling class that exploits labor, mocks ordinary people, and shields itself from accountability.

We need to stop calling them “elite” they are parasites, vermin, scum and they need us we don’t need them

I never though about it in that way.

Our society can and would survive wihouth the elites, but they can't without us.

We are the ones creating the things needed to survive and thrive.

Problem is, the american dream is exactly this.

Rise from your poorness to be an elite and look down on everyone else.

The cruelty is not a bug, its a feature.

In Europe they introduced a "Right to repair" law, that force manufacturers ensure spare parts for at least 10 years and provide repair service at a reasonable price.

That's a great measure that should incentivice companies to make products more repairabld!

I’ve seen that gray haired guy, Anand Giridharadas, before on Democracy Now. He’s awesome.

Dont get me wrong it is great to see it with your own eyes. But look at the US, how it operates, we have all already known this for a long time.

You're welcome. It's worth it or I wouldn't have bothered you with it.

It is entirely worth it. If, like the video said, more people can absorb that knowledge, that it doesnt matter what is happening these people profit, maybe we can turn this around. Because we absolutely cannot take another 100 years of this, I dont want to know what that world will be.

You're right we can't take another hundred years of it. The biosphere literally cannot survive it.
