A Memphis woman is asking for answers after her dog was injured by a U.S. Marshal officer. She said it happened during the arrest of her boyfriend outside of a Whitehaven apartment complex Wednesday.

It was absolutely necessary. The agent had an urge to kick a small harmless creature. You normal empathic folks can't comprehend that.
