Those are games that were on deep sale in December / are cheap / indie / most played before.

I'm quite surprised by Fallout NV. It is older and also not geared towards the deck right?
Maybe because of the fallout show? But it is definitely an old game that I didn't think was as popular as Fallout 3 (even though it is much better in my opinion).
Mostly sandbox and rougelikes/lites. Interesting.
Rougelikes/lites are perfect for the deck IMO.
Simple quick sessions that you can pick up and put down whenever without having to remember too much is what I want on a portable system. I tend to have downtime in my vehicle at work, and I can put in 20-30 minutes into Hades 2 and still have a pretty good idea of what was going on when I come back to it a few hours or a few days later, without having to search for a good stopping point.
Is it just me or does this article seem like it was either written in a different language and poorly translated into English or by an LLM?
Ed, here's what I think feels like an LLM:
With a fresh month here now it's February 2026
it's still an interesting look into what people are playing Valve's handheld across the globe.
Just feels off.
Nah, I see what you mean, but wholly disagree with the LLM idea. I believe it's just the auther doing there thing. I've writen long winded messages, rereading and changing things tgat didn't make sense, the changing the back after reading it again because now I realize why I wrote it that way.
I'm not saying that's what they did, but I did have to reread a few sentences to understand what I was reading.
Not sure how to make sense of the first one, but as for the second one, it seems like they forgot to type a word. Add "on" right before "Valve's handheld", and that sentence makes sense now.
Leaning more into poorly translated.
Not enough emojis
The author/owner for the article/site is from the UK, so it shouldn't be a translation issue.
