Imo Gothic is probably the easiest old Germanic language to learn, and one of the most fun to boot. Nice, regular morphology and clear paradigms. Lambdin's "An Introduction to the Gothic Language" is an excellent, clearly written textbook with basically the entire extant Gothic corpus in the back. Highly recommended.
