The Trump administration immediately blasted the NFL for honoring Bad Bunny, pointing to the artist’s decision not to tour in the U.S. last year in part due to concerns Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents would stake out his shows.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem, who oversees ICE, said in October that she would send agents “all over” the arena where Bad Bunny is to perform.
