A federal judge ordered a new briefing due Wednesday on whether DHS is using armed raids to pressure Minnesota into abandoning its sanctuary policies, leaving ICE operations in place for now.

The Donald Administration has literally said, publicly, and in writing, that they'll pull ICE if the state concedes on their illegal records requests.

Do your goddamn job, judiciary.

Important distinction, I feel. They said they'll "consider" pulling ICE if they get the voter rolls.
