This is a cool find to me, since the XB360 version of the game is very different from the PC release.

Wow, it's weird for me to see the xbox360 considered a retro console. Never really thought about it, but it is 21 years old now (released 2005).

Gears of War is about to be 20 years old. Twenty. Oh my god.

The PS2 version was I think a totally different game. I liked the 2nd one a lot. Also played the PSP one which wasn't too bad for the console.

I don’t think it was this game, maybe the first Ghost Recon but as a kid it was frustrating to play. I couldn’t get past the realism of the gunshots. I thought typically video game logic would be applied, letting me get shot many times before dying.

I hesitated on where exactly to post this, but it seems more suited here than Patient Gamers which is mostly about getting relatively modern games that have hit bottom prices.

Idk about x360 release, but PC game is shit mostly because you can't see the gun. Turns out it's that important

PC Version was hard as hell. I was shocked by how differently designed the XBox 360 version was. It was two entirely different games for the most part. I remember back then that was the first time I had seen that sort of purposeful disparity between what was supposed to be the same game on both platforms.

Just watched the x360 gameplay. It has 3rd person view, wtf

The 3rd person mode was a big difference. The levels are also different, while following the same general plot and premise.

When it comes to Tom Clancy games, GRAW is only second to Splinter Cell Double Agent when it comes to how wildly different releases of the "same" game are on different platforms.

Splinter Cell DA too? Wtf man?? Maybe Fable as well?? You've just opened a new paranoia in me
