The dialog is already so fast that the subtitles leave out words out because people can't read that fast. It were on 1.25x it would be difficult to understand.

Blues Brothers. For a musical comedy that movie starts slooow.
I routinely watch scrub movies on 1.5-1.75x speed while bopping around the house, multitasking cleaning and hobbies and pacing. It would be pretty darn tough for me to differentiate between 1.0x and 1.25x for a lot of movies as both are slower than what I frequently watch.
My most frequent rewatch is Ready or Not (2019) and I'm not sure id notice 1.25x speed at all.
(I do still sit down and watch at 1.0x speed new-to-me movies I care about, before anyone gets too twisted about my not appreciating art)
I like low dialogue movies, and some of those could possibly fit this. Two Lane Blacktop, maybe 2001: A Space Odyssey. The first doesn't have much (any?) music, but the second has a lot so that would be weird, but so would the dialogue.

Anything made by Godfrey Reggio, probably. Although the tempo of the Glass score might be a bit of a giveaway.
This the short experiment film Wavelength 1967. But more recent Skinamarink 2022 that was largely influenced by Wavelength
I'd imagine pretty much anything more than 30 years old without popular music. I just rewatched They Live and I doubt I'd notice if it was at 1.25x.
That one from Tarkovsky in the space could probably be played at 2x as long as there is no dialogue.
Solaris. Yes this is a good answer.
Last and First Men. The monologue is spoken so slowly that I think it would pass at 1.25x. Nothing in the visuals would give it away either.
