I don't think seizing a company headquartered in Ireland to avoid taxes is going to have the effect they are envisioning here

Those companies usually have multinational offices/facilities and/or sales in the EU, if they're not too small to matter. Or even if they are too small to matter, they'll have to operate under EU law or lose their EU customers.

I dont understand why Starmer, for example, wouldnt go after Musk in the same way he has Abramovic. I dont think twitter helps him politically, surely Musk doesnt help him financially.
