I don't think seizing a company headquartered in Ireland to avoid taxes is going to have the effect they are envisioning here
I didn't read it as anything beyond denying them that particular tax haven
It was phrased as "seizing property" though
Seize the means of Tax Evasion
Those companies usually have multinational offices/facilities and/or sales in the EU, if they're not too small to matter. Or even if they are too small to matter, they'll have to operate under EU law or lose their EU customers.
