That agreement seems basically dead now after the recent heavy attacks and large parts of the arab members of the SDF switching sides.
However, with the US troops seemingly having abandoned the Kurds yet again, and the SDF coalition desintegrating, it doesn't look good for Rojava.
Edit: looks like after the agreement from Sunday failed, there is now another 4 day cease fire for the SDF to sort out what basically amounts to their surrender. Not great, but it might prevent some bloodshed.
