These people are at every protest. They get off of agitation. If you shout at them it probably feels orgasmic. The worst you could do to them (probably) would be to hug and afterwards ignore them. Maybe give them a snack but don't talk to them. They need their affirmation through opposition and feeling like "heroes that swim against the masses"
