How about they enable anticheat on Linux for Rust before buying Amazons terrible MMO?

Or allow you to disable anticheat entirely, if I am running the server why shouldn't I get to choose?

They allow you to do that as a server owner - check your launch flags (I self-host a world for my friends)

Games should also support Linux, so people are not forced to use Windows.

I didn't have a problem playing New World on Linux.

Rust does not support Linux. The developer is for some reason against Linux and the fear is, if the buys New World, that he would shutdown the Linux support for it.
