Weren't we told these were made with a speed governor so if they were installed on drones they'd stop working? And oh look at that the Russian government doesn't have that limitation? I WONDER WHY this person has access to our national security apparatus

Devil's advocate but if it's implemented chip-side like they do with GPS, custom chips can circumvent that.

If it was that simple US wouldn't have sanctions anymore. Currently US have more sanctions than ever.
