So the two options are
America- unlimited digital freedom filled w hate speech and child porn
Europe- no digital freedom worse than China
It applies to "dating apps and social media platforms" not general communications.
Until they define any general comms as "social media"
I can easily see a definition where anything that's not SMS, phone, or a channel we already monitor is social media.
