Netanyahu is clearly Mussolini, the weakest of the 3 and fully reliant on Hitler to prop him up.

Putin is Tojo, trying to expand his empire while being loosely aligned with the other 2.

The answer is apparently Mao but I would have guessed the leader of Japan based on who the first two are.

Then I recommend that you sit down for a study session on world events in the 20th century, with focus on the 1930-1940s. It might be very helpful in understanding current events.
