You could check archive.org

archive org only has the booklet for the third game, not this one.

the gamefaqs page is also kinda empty.

No luck here. I tried searching in Japanese too but it's not present in any gameboy manual archive or archival site I knew about or DDG.

The internet archive is my usual go to. I didn’t have any luck but if someone finds a scan of the manual I’m sure the archive would be a good place to preserve it.
