How does this compare to the Tomahawk and/or the Taurus? Or, indeed, what Ukraine currently has?

It lacks the range of the tomahawk, and it lacks the precision and bunker-busting capability of the taurus, but it does deliver a similar size of explosion at somewhere around a fifth to a tenth of the cost
