I'm for the first time in my life actually trying to loose weight and honestly I'm finding that a lot of the time I'll have a bite of something then be done and good with it. Just takes some time.
My favourite pizza from my local pizza shop sells is a Hot and Spicy Veggie. Can trick my self to eating 'healthier'.
Potatoes are healthy, right? (It made Matt Damon skinny on Mars, so its probably fine) So me eating potato (chips) is perfectly fine....
