lmao, that's wild. like who has access to goose fat, but not dairy?
also liquid dairy is like 90% water then a mix of carbs, fat, and protein. who even has the idea to swap that out entirely with fat.
like maybe if you're making a sort of curry and want to sub coconut milk (mostly fat) for cow milk (mostly carbs), you could probably get that to work.. but making something to just drink cold? blarg.
this person is a maniac and needs to be stopped.
i don't even know how an adult would consider subbing pure fat into a drink. even if it didn't taste awful can you imagine what a terror them guts would be after chokin down a tall frosty glass of pure fat?
