lmao, that's wild. like who has access to goose fat, but not dairy?
also liquid dairy is like 90% water then a mix of carbs, fat, and protein. who even has the idea to swap that out entirely with fat.
like maybe if you're making a sort of curry and want to sub coconut milk (mostly fat) for cow milk (mostly carbs), you could probably get that to work.. but making something to just drink cold? blarg.
