Michigan really needs to clean house in the athletic department. The rumors of this were happening before the season, he was clearly a transitional coach for the cheating investigation, and yet he appears to have been safe until this scandal became impossible to bury. It's an incredible fumble to have a slam dunk for cause firing and not use it until the timing destroys the program for the next year.
He's been arrested for alleged assault now too

Rumor is he got a staffer pregnant.
I believe the timing works out such that his wife was pregnant during the relationship as well.
Jeez, this is the craziest H.C. turnover year I can recall, by a wide margin.
