I just started playing Death Stranding, the game this is from. It took me a bit to get into it but it's a strong recommend.
The setting is a lot - evocative, tense and intense like a feverdream. Then the gameplay mostly revolves around carrying heavy loads and planning how to avoid or overcome rough terrain.
It's an odd combo but it definitely works.
