Mother's cat went home and made mother very happy by skipping the grumpy step and going straight to shellacking herself to my mother.

I'm aching and doctors are still confused so probably more rounds of testing.

The oncologist wants to see me again. As in. They called me. Probably fine though if it can wait a few weeks.

Work schedule this week has been funny

On Wednesday I got to take the train to a nearby town for a seminar. The town was legitimately the first real "college-town" I've seen after coming to EU: the town was literally built in the 1960s for/around a large university that relocated there due to unrelated reasons. So that was quite interesting

Workplace had a Saint Nicholas celebration yesterday which was nice, but I got too nervous and lost sleep the night before lol. Didn't help that this morning there's an early morning seminar... And that's how I ended up with falling asleep soon after getting home and somehow still almost late for work the next day

I hate that sort of guest that visits you meal time, but instead of having the meal with you they want to do something else. It's so... socially awkward, you know?

This happened to me twice this week. In both cases the same guest, visiting my mum, so they could crochet together. The first time I had placed piping hot food on the table, and then as the guest left my mum was complaining the food was cold. *sigh*

Nothing really interesting to report, but it's going.

I let an old ex move in my house a month ago because they were down on their luck and I had a spare room. It hasn’t went as well as planned and I’m afraid I might need them to be out soon just to keep my sanity. Shitty situation

I've been struggling to get a game project rolling forward. All my previous games have been average to mediocre so I've been having this fear of focusing on the wrong project and landing on another weak entry.

I told myself that I have to just decide on something this week but its Thursday and I'm only marginally closer to deciding than before.

Also my computer mouse broke and I can't quite find a comfy replacement.
