That is elegant af.

It’s amazing all the little details people think of. “When people look up they see… a weird spiral that causes vertigo.. let’s umm.. oh I know let’s extend this observation railing, and make it a duck this time!” Even though looking up isn’t, really, a necessarily major design consideration in most buildings. Not to say they ignore it, just it’s not a priority most of the time.

Stairs are always the architectural element I look at the most. I find them neat! And this one.. wow! Who designed it?
