Unfortunately perfection is always my first instinct.
I do have to stop myself and think when I see some art someone posted. They actually spent time and effort and those things deserve respect even if it is far from perfect or needs more improvement.
It's very nasty and hard to break habit. And it is not just against random strangers, I am very unhappy with most of my past creations.

Feeling like my body is fat and gross and there's nothing I can do about it. (Even though I know I can.)
Darker thoughts (they are tw, so won't post until I figure out how to spoiler) which I am fighting and winning against. I'm doing good, don't worry, and these thoughts rarely come up now.
