Rubio doesn't seem to get how war works. When there is a war the side that wins gets everything they want. I suppose its understandable that he's confused since americans tell themselves they never lost a war but also never seem to achieve their objectives.

The EU and Ukraine need to tell Trump to fuck off. The US is contributing much less than the EU to Ukraine at this point anyway, and Ukraine are still managing to hold off Russias meat waves just fine. If US intelligence is cut off, they aren't the only ones with satellites over Russia...
