My favorite part is non-aggression having to be written into Russian law. Putin changed the constitution to rule forever, so why would the law have any meaning? Even if it literally said "Russia will never attack Ukraine", which it won't, they'd just use the same old self-defense excuse as they already have with Ukraine and Georgia.
