Yeah the “debut indie” category, while coming from a good place, suffers from a murky definition of debut. I’ve seen devs with several titles under their belt get nominated because the studio is new.
Really, Geoff needs to revamp the categories overall. Too much vagueness, redundancy, and there needs to be a best remake/remaster category so those aren’t taking up space in the other categories.
