Yep, it's strudel. You can surf to their page and try it instantaneously. They also have an excellent tutorial and docs.

Thanks for the tip; my guess is she'd be using https://tidalcycles.org/ - strudel is just a js web implementation of tidalcycles. The latency would be too high/uncontrollable if she did it with a web app.
