Ok so you still have all this research out there that proves LGBTQ is an inate part of being a person. No matter what draconian "we need moar babies" policies you have, it will not ever change the fact that about 20% of the human population is queer. Half them 
. Forcing them to be something they are not is not social harmony. It only leads to tortured, broken families and individuals.
Does the Chinese government just ignore these studies or the obvious consequences? Women who are left after the proscribed mando-baby is born. A wife who is constantly cheated on behind the scenes with men. Kids with absent fathers who resent them as forced obligations rather than a product of choice and a loving responsibility. Or fathers who do love their children but can't stay living a lie. Men who live outcast impoverished lives because they have to now pay Child support because they couldn't keep up the charade.
Then there's the coping mechanisms. Recklessness, impulsively, not wearing condoms because you're used to not wearing one with the wife or poor education because teaching safe sex is taboo now. Drug abuse. Chronic depression because you live a lie and can't tell anyone. Su*cide.
You want honor but you enforce dishonor.

There are loopholes in select areas yes. If you can afford to move, get a highly competitive job, find a house ect. It is 20 fucking 25. Fucking boomers man. Get over your REPRODUCE fetish. Want more kids? Make it more affordable. That's it. That's the answer CCCP.
When humans have time and resources and hope for kids they are more apt to make room for more. Basic 101 stuff that they seem to look the other way on. But they aren't going to do that if they struggle to meet their own daily needs. That is the same problem in Japan, Korea, and America now.

And this obsession with rooting out sissiness or percieved effeminate males is what ultimately got my late husband killed despite my constant affirmations. It was beat into him at a young age and drilled by his family constantly. One thing he wrote me was "I don't care if people see me as gay. I just don't want to be seen as a sissy." That is what these campaigns of have to look macho from a top down way does. IT KILLS PEOPLE. So fuck that lame ass shit.
