What cool names for puppers!

[–] kokesh@lemmy.world 5 points 4 months ago

They are three, Chacha is probably running somewhere around. Sisu is the only puppy, that her mom Monkey had almost three years ago. It was quite cool, as Monkey really love Sisu and they raised the puppies together.

It's certainly better than my uncle, who back in the 80s called his two black cats Sam and Bo.

I see three pups, Lord Stark.

There is something unsettling about this. Like... Each dog stands out like a relief before its background. And then the dogs in the background do the same.

What do you mean? They are waiting for treats!

[–] probable_possum@leminal.space 1 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Treats? Very likely. :)

It's that optical effect. The high contrast. Those bright fluffy ears with the very thin dark line which separates the ear from the background/next dog. It looks like cut out and layered on top of each other to me. Even though the photo is real. Can't describe it better. 🤷‍♀️

I see... I guess it's the Google camera. Does lots of postprocessing. It is nice, but sometime too much.

Ah yes. That could be the reason. Thanks.
