I have no idea who this guy is, but if right wingers don't like him he's probably ok

[–] Theprogressivist@lemmy.world 167 points 4 days ago (3 children)

When aren't they having a meltdown for the stupidest things?

[–] TheMadCodger@piefed.social 69 points 4 days ago (3 children)

For such a "tough guy" culture, it's amazing how they live in such constant fear of… everything.

[–] foggy@lemmy.world 19 points 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago)

I live in the middle of fucking nowhere

Way more afraid of the always naked guy that doesn't have running water and shits in his front yard outhouse all winter than I am of the rich fucks with fancy gates and threatening signs on them: "PRIVATE PROPERTY. FUCK AROUND AND FIND OUT."

Ok buddy. Guaranteed our mutual neighbor shits in your yard for fun.

[–] kadaverin0@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 3 days ago

That's fascism for you: Your enemies are weak and ignorant but simultaneously powerful and cunning.

Pretty much always.

The media continually paint them as having a meltdown, but in reality it’s their state of being; the reactionary hate is where they live.

If you hear “ does and the far right say they’re OK with that….” be VERY concerned about whatever was.

Its almost like they are masking their brittle nature with false bravado, trucks and guns...

🤨

[–] ToastedRavioli@midwest.social 128 points 4 days ago (10 children)

Inb4 they say its unamerican to have a Puerto Rican do the super bowl halftime show, because theyre too stupid to realize that Puerto Ricans are Americans

[–] SayJess@lemmy.blahaj.zone 94 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Guaranteed the far-right does not see them as Americans.

[–] Omegamanthethird@lemmy.world 74 points 4 days ago

Guaranteed the far-right doesn't see them as people.

[–] Cethin@lemmy.zip 21 points 4 days ago

Our dumb fuck president didn't know he was the president of Puerto Rico last time. I think most of them don't even know it exists to have an opinion on them being American or not.

It’s not the NFL’s fault country music sucks

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 48 points 4 days ago (2 children)

The right wing are such tender little soy boys.

[–] CoopaLoopa@lemmy.dbzer0.com 25 points 4 days ago (2 children)

About to have a lot more soy in their diet now that they have $12 billion USD worth of soybeans that China isn't going to purchase.

[–] grrgyle@slrpnk.net 8 points 4 days ago

Something tells me soy is about to get a real big brand facelift soon

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 3 days ago

I wouldn't be surprised if it gets dumped/allowed to rot in fields. A whole lot of dumbasses think soy will make them lose their manhood, so I don't see too many on the right changing their diet to anything even having the appearance of being plant-based. I mock their goofy "soy boy" slur as I think it should be mocked...

[–] Tolookah@discuss.tchncs.de 10 points 4 days ago

Don't dis soy like that

[–] kadaverin0@lemmy.dbzer0.com 11 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Can we round up conservatives and put them in a rocket aimed at a black hole?

[–] BradleyUffner@lemmy.world 7 points 3 days ago

Why would you do that to a black hole?

[–] MagicShel@lemmy.zip 49 points 4 days ago (10 children)

I have no idea who bad bunny is. But I also have no idea who is in the superbowl. I just hope the commercials are good.

[–] SpaceNoodle@lemmy.world 52 points 4 days ago (4 children)

I think it's Football this year

[–] ceenote@lemmy.world 28 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Football? That's one of the sports of all time!

Those dickheads really do have some fucked up priorities, don't they. The county's on the brink of full fascism, and they 'melt down' over the most inconsequential bullshit.

[–] rafoix@lemmy.zip 42 points 4 days ago (5 children)

Right winger = perpetual meltdown

Maybe society can figure out how to harness all that perpetual negative energy to make something good. Something like churros.

I CANT Wait for our SMALL GOVERNMENT to Threaten the NFL if they Dont Change Artists!

[–] DarrinBrunner@lemmy.world 13 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Lemme guess, it started on Fox News?

What are they distracting from now, still the Epstein files? Trump backtracking on Portland and considering that Fox might be wrong about it? The Church shooter being MAGA? The list is too long, they need to keep pumping out the distractions.

And yet Spanish speaking voters are still erect for Trump.

[–] dhork@lemmy.world 24 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Maybe not anymore, a few polls have shown reduced support for Trump among Hispanics, probably because his goons assume they are illegal because they're brown.

We tried to warn them....

[–] Psythik@lemmy.world 9 points 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago) (5 children)

Try telling that to my half Mexican brother and his Mexican wife. If anything, their positive opinion of Trump has gone through the roof. They love seeing the "pisas" get deported.

They don't seem to realize that they're next once ICE runs out of easy targets.

They have to face so many disappointments lately. Several shooters that were not queer black illegal aliens, ICE removing their cheapest ~~slaves~~ employees, and now no country singer for the halftime show.

That is more than those snowflakes can stand.

I am an old person and really know nothing about him, but looking at the thumbnail, I do remember enjoying his hit song "Dick in a Box."

[–] collapse_already@lemmy.ml 10 points 4 days ago

I hope Mr. Bunny has a great security team, because those fuckers are crazy and known to shoot people they fear.

Maybe they ought to listen to some Bad Bunny before they complain. My Spanish is terrible, but I still find his songs catchy.

“This is a rapper with a catalog of vulgar lyrics in Spanish and English — including calling a president a “mamabicho” (translation: vile insult),” she wrote.

What is a mamabicho? And is Trump one?

My Spanish slang is a bit rusty, but I think the closest translation is "cocksucker"....

I see Kendrick Lamar got the last helicopter out of Saigon.

It's gonna be more shit like this going forward. I don't know who in their right mind would agree to do a half-time show with the current state the country is in. It's like performing for the fuhrer in 1939.
