A community which focusses on improving yourself. This can be in many different ways - from improving physical health or appearance, to improving mental health, creating better habits, overcoming addictions, etc.
While material circumstances beyond our control do govern much of our daily lives, people do have agency and choices to make, whether that is as "simple" as disciplining yourself to not doomscroll, to as complex as recreating yourself to have many different hobbies and habits.
This is not a place where all we do is talk about improving "productivity" (in a workplace context) and similar terms and harmful lifestyles like "grindset". Self-improvement here is intended to make you a generally better and happier person, as well as a better communist, and any other roles you may have in your life.

Stickied good luck
It may be one of the easiest things to make, but I lived up to the stereotype and cooka’d da pasta over the weekend
. Made my own pasta sauce and everything.
In case anyone needs this knowledge the next time you make pasta: don’t break the noodles, and you’re supposed to put the sauce in a pan and put the cooked noodles into that pan then stir it around until well-integrated. Add some pasta water as well to help it stick. I also picked up guitar so that’s nice.
I’m kind of back on the job grind and elected to start keeping a chart and some track of my applications, it will be annoying but I think it’s important to send follow-up emails and try to use linkedin if there is any way I can prod HR to actually interview me for things.
Last little update is I want to start some level of therapy again to target depression. I want to find out what actually makes me tick because I deadass feel like I don’t even know myself besides “I’m a leftist and I like animation with Dragon Ball in particular.”
New thing this week is working on my handwriting. I have perfectly average handwriting, but I would like it to be nice. Especially in cursive. I downloaded the Palmer Method of Business Writing along with some practice sheets. Probably will be painful to un-learn some writing habits, but seems a worthy life skill to improve.
Been getting better of late after a few weeks in the dumps. Haven't gone to the gym or worked out much because I've been working so much. On the plus side I've got some co-workers who keep on inviting me out so I've at least had a chance to socialize a bit more than I usually do and its helped me feel better.
72 days vape free.
Sexual Stuff TMI
I've noticed my libido coming back hard. I now need to get off once a day. When I vaped I'd go maybe 2-3 days without getting off, now it kind of came roaring back. Also noticed too my ed is better I can get it up with stimulation and when I cum it makes a mess rather than dribble out, lmao. Googling it it seems the increase in blood flow and oxygen getting into the body improves sexual health
Cool, cool.
Nic pouches are simply the best, I wish they had these back when I first started smoking and I made the switch earlier.
